What to Expect
During your visit, you should expect to experience a caring, comfortable environment and friendly staff. Our goal is to ensure a confidential, relaxing, and hassle-free experience. Our professional staff is committed to responding to all of your questions, needs and concerns. Feel free to wear your most comfortable clothing and no jewelry. When you arrive for your scheduled appointment, relax and leave the details to us.

Appointments
Since popular times fill up quickly, try to book your appointments as far in advance as possible to ensure you get the day and time you want. Hours: Monday to Friday: 10:00am - 7:00pm. Saturday: 9:00am - 2:00pm. Sunday: Closed.

Guest Timeliness
We ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Arriving late will possibly interfere with your treatment time; therefore, the treatment may not be as effective or therapeutic for you. All appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next guest will not be delayed. If you're running late, please call us so we can make the necessary adjustments to the schedule.

Consultations
Every client will undergo a complimentary consultation and skin analysis. Our consultations involve an in-depth education about your skin, a comprehensive discussion about available treatment options, and a review of the risks and benefits associated with each. We believe an informed patient, with realistic expectations, will be most satisfied with our treatments and results.

Health Problems and Comfort Level
Please notify a Spa receptionist before booking treatments if you are pregnant, have allergies, or any special physical or medical needs. This will prepare our staff far in advance to provide the best treatment for you. You may also communicate to us how you are feeling during your service. If there is anything you would like us to address please inform Dr. Peña.

Cancellation Policy
Clients must provide 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment or consultation. If less than 24 hours notice, the guaranteeing credit card will be charged a $100 late cancellation fee. A $100 fee will be charged for any scheduled consultation or appointment no-show.

Children Policy
Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the Spa. Do not bring children and leave them unattended; this is very disruptive to other guests and unsafe for children. As a courtesy to other clients and for health and safety reasons, children cannot accompany parents into the treatment room. Minors can be treated with written parental/guardian consent.

Cell Phones
We ask that all cell phones be turned off during your time here with us. No exceptions.

Payment Inquiries
We accept Visa, MasterCard, cash and gift certificates.

Services and prices are subject to change. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
